It all started back in 2005. Wanda wanted to go back to work after her kids started school. There was a small problem though. Wanda had worked in an office before she had kids. Even though she had liked her job, she wasn’t sure if she wanted to go back to that. She DEFINITELY didn’t want to go back to uncomfortable pantyhose and painful shoes! This was her chance to go in a new direction. So, what made her happy? That was easy – gardening. But could she earn a living doing that? There was only one way to find out…
Armed with her trusty tools and a pair of truly awesome boots, she set off on her new adventure. Through the blistering sun, the torrential rain, the blisters and flies she toiled. It was hard going, but she was happy. Soon, word spread of her work. Of hedges tamed, weeds banished, gardens brought back to life. More and more people wanted Wanda to bring her magic to their gardens. It wasn’t long before she needed to bring in people to work with her. People who loved plants as much as she did, and who had a great attention to detail. Finding these people wasn’t easy, but it was worth it. Not only did Wanda have more staff, but with their passion for gardens, they could all share their ideas and knowledge. Things continued to thrive.
With the addition of Enrico as the new Operations Manager alongside Wanda, the team at Wanda’s Gardening & Landscaping has expanded, now consisting of twelve skilled professionals. This growth enables us to effectively manage a wide range of gardening tasks to meet your needs. Despite our expansion, our core mission remains unchanged.
